Perhaps a dxer on this forum can confirm if the frequencies on the spectrum are 96.5E(Express-103) or 97.3E/97.9E?
The signal fluctuates significantly in the upper band. Maybe that's why I didn't lock all the transponders I found.
12509 V,2859,4/5,32APSK,
12514 V,6294,4/5,32APSK,
12521 V,2600.4/5,32APSK,
12523 V,857,4/5,32APSK.
