Ποιος πρέπει να τους ενεργοποιήσει;
(Η φώτο είναι σημερινή).

Ίσως να μην ήταν το συγκεκριμένο υποτιτλισμένο, το stream υποτίτλων πάντα υπάρχει αλλά δείχνει μόνο όταν υπάρχουν, πχ στις live μεταδόσεις αγώνων στην ΕΡΤ3 υπάρχει αλλά προφανώς δεν περιέχει κάτι
