Problem with nova & central satellite dish

I recently moved into a new apartment building that has a central Satellite Dish when I plugged in my decoder (I have a Humax IRCI-5400) I was able to see all of NOVAS channels except for Nova Cinema 1 and Nova Sports 1, the signal for these 2 channels is very weak. If I purchase an In-Line Satellite Amplifier will this solve the problem?

Any advice to solve this problem will be much appreciated.
