nova question

Hi,

First of all sorry if I write here in english.

I'm trying to reactivate a nova v5 (card begin with 4016) for a Greek friend who asked for my help.

The card was received and activated 2 years ago and was activated succefully with camd3 v3878b (on a dreambox 7000). Last year the card was reactivated with newcs 1.6x + mgcamd 1.30

This year (yes because he renew his subscription only for 3 month, for christmas) he cannot activate it anymore with newcs 1.6x + mgcamd 1.30.
He told me he tried with CCcam 2.13 and also with the old camd3 v3878b with no luck.

The nova call center says that his subscription has been reactivated by them and that it can only be a technical problem on his side.

Anybody knows if this card can still be used with a dreambox?
If yes, what can be done to reactivate the card?

My friend is still struggling to reactivate his nova card.
He told me that he find someone with an official decoder and that it worked.
but still no joy on dreambox.

Can you confirm that his card was not altered now and can still be used on dreambox?

For the record it's an irdeto epsilon card.
